1. Return Eligibility

  • 30-Day Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase for all hardware products, including Bitcoin miners and related accessories.
  • Condition: Products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, opened or used hardware, and software are non-returnable. These items are only eligible for warranty claims if applicable.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided for all returns or exchanges.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and instructions on how to return the item.

  • Ship Back the Product: Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item, include all original components, and ship it back to the address below:

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or an error occurred on our part.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product received).
